As a small rural business we highly value your support!

• We will e-mail you a link to your proof gallery after your portrait session or event. Make sure we have your current e-mail!

• View your proofs for a month and feel free to share the link with friends and family. 

• If you need to compare two proofs side by side, it helps to open up a second browser window and resize each window to half the screen.

• Watermarks will not appear on final images, of course.

• The standard print sizes we offer are: 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 2" wallets (singles or sets of 8)

• We offer large wall portraits in canvas gallery wrap styles OR ready to frame mounted on masonite with luster or canvas finishes: in sizes 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30, and 30x40. Custom sizes are available upon request.

• We also offer low rez digital files (70dpi) for web use, or rights-owned high rez digital images (300dpi)

• We offer sepia tone and black & white print options for the same pricing as color images - just note your preference when ordering.

• Prices include basic retouching - specialty retouching may include artwork estimates.

• Prints are high quality luster finish & guaranteed to not buckle or fade if kept dry, away from direct sunlight, or behind UV coated glass. 

• Make a list of sizes, quantities, and file names you want, along with any special instructions to go with each image: Things like retouching  blemishes, glasses glare, specific cropping, hand tinting, etc.

• We accept e-mails, spreadsheets, google docs, word docs, or pen & paper orders. Please do not order via text or Facebook messenger!

• Simple orders can be made over the phone, but you will want written orders for more than one or two prints. 

• When referring to the photos please use the file name which can be found underneath each image or over each gallery thumbnail. (most file names will have DSC_0 in front of them)

• If you  wish to order in person, you can arrange an ordering appointment to view the proofs in our Studio. This can be helpful for complex retouching requests, the need to zoom in close, or if you do not have reliable internet access. 

• Proofs are kept a minimum of 5 years. You can ask to have them reposted online, or reorder anytime. (reposting may require a deposit that will go toward your orders.) Ask us if you would like to purchase your old film negatives (1978-2009) We might still have them!

• We also offer frames, albums, cards, multi-image prints, imprinting/text, and many specialty products - just ask!

• When you place your order, Joe will work up a custom price quote for your approval. This ensures the best deals we can offer! The more you order, the more you save, so don't wait to get those memories printed!

• We recommend collecting multiple orders from friends/family into one order. You will receive your prints divided up in envelopes specific to each person ordering. 

• Your order will be processed quickly and should be ready in two weeks or less, unless your order has special instructions or includes albums, wall portraits, or complex artwork.

• Your photos will be available for pickup at our studio, or can be mailed to you at an additional charge. Joe will call and/or e-mail you when your order is ready to arrange a time for pickup, or to let you know they are in the mail.
