How To Find Us

From Fredericksburg:

Take Rt. 2/17 South past the Mayfield pool and the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds, you will also pass River Club (Bloom Grocery Store) and Fredericksburg Country Club. Take a left at the light for Rt. 17 South (caddy corner from the driving range) towards Port Royal. Proceed exactly 6.2 miles south on rt. 17 South. Our studio and sign will be on the left, shortly after you pass Burma Rd (rt. 766) If you see Rt. 614 (Ware Creek Road) on your left, you have just passed us. Turn around!

From Massaponax: 

Exit off 95 at 126 and take a right off the ramp onto Rt. 1 South and get in the left lane. At the top of the hill take a left at the light onto Rt. 17 South (Mills Drive). (Turn just past the Red Robin) The new Super Target will be on your right. You will pass Germana & Lee's Hill. Go straight through the light at the 17/2 intersection (New Post) towards Port Royal. Proceed exactly 6.2 miles from this intersection, south on 17. Our studio and sign will be on the left, shortly after you pass Burma Rd (rt. 766) If you see Rt. 614 (Ware Creek Road) on your left, you have just passed us. Turn around!

From Bowling Green:

Take Rt. 2 north, towards Fredericksburg, up to the New Post rt. 2/17 intersection. Turn right onto 17 south just after the driving range. It is exactly 6.2 miles to the turn for our studio from here. You will pass Belvedere Plantation & Snead's Christmas Tree and Asparagus Farm. Just after Snead's you may notice a long white fence on your right (off the road about 100 feet) as soon as this fence runs out you should be slowing down and preparing for a left turn into our driveway. There is a small red oval sign on the left side just before you reach the gravel drive, shortly after you pass Burma Rd (rt. 766) If you see Ware Creek Road (Rt. 614) you have gone too far and should turn around.

From Port Royal/King George:

Take 301 South towards Richmond across the Rappahannock River Bridge into Port Royal. Take a right onto Rt. 17 North and continue approx. 8.2 miles. You will pass several entrances for AP Hill and Hick's Country Store & gas station. You are getting close when you see Pender Camp entrance on your left. Just after you see Rt. 614 Ware Creek Road, slow down and turn into our gravel drive way (just before our small red oval sign) If you go too far, Snead's farm is a good place to turn around.
